Update my profile picture
Take a portrait photo. As soon as it has been checked and, if your school requires it, approved, it becomes your profile picture in Microsoft 365: in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and the other services.
What happens with your photo
- You start everything yourself. Nothing happens without your click.
- Everyone at your school and in the whole organisation can see your profile picture in Microsoft 365, for example in Outlook and Teams.
- You take the photo at validportrait. It is checked there: standard, lighting, background and cropping.
- PortraitBridge only stores what the process needs: your Microsoft ID, your personnel number, the ID of the request at validportrait, the status and timestamps. PortraitBridge does not store the image itself. Completed requests are deleted after 30 days.
